Cancellations before dispatched:

If the order or the item(s) that you want to cancel have not been shipped yet, you can write to our customer support team on care@desiresbay.com or whatsapp us on +91-93-10-31-33-25 (Monday to Saturday, 11am to 6pm ) If you cancel your order before it is dispatched from our warehouse, we will refund the entire amount

Cancellation after your product has been shipped:

 If your order has been dispatched from our end, we will not be able to cancel the order. (Please note: updating the shipping details might take up to 6 hrs). If you received the product, still it will be eligible for replacement or refund. Please refer to the “2 Day Return Policy” above.

We strive hard to process all orders at the earliest, but there might be times, where we cannot process your and need to cancel your order due to any reason. desiresbay.com reserves the right to cancel an order at any time without giving any clarification to the respective customer.

What do I do if I receive an incorrect item?

We have a number of checks in place to try and ensure the accuracy of the orders we send. If you have received an item which is different to that which you ordered please contact us immediately whatsapp on +91-93-10-31-33-25 (Monday-Saturday, 11:00am-7:00pm)

Returns, Replacements and Refunds

 How do I return an item purchased on Desiresbay.com?

Desiresbay offers its customers an ’Easy return policy’, wherein you can raise a return/exchange request of a product within 2 days of its delivery in a damaged condition or different item you received We also accept partial returns wherein you can raise a return request for one or all products in you order. Product should be in original condition.

·         Step 1:
Contact our Customer Support team via email care@desiresbay.com or whatsapp us on +91-93-10-31-33-25 within 2 business days of receiving the order.

·         Step 2:
Provide us with your order ID details and your request to return/replace/refund your order. Kindly email video of opening the product and the invoice for our reference.

(To take action on your request We will need a video recording of the package being opened to verify that the product you received was actually Damaged/different than what you ordered. Without video proof we won’t be able to accept your return.)

·         Step 3:
We will pick up the products within 2-4 business days. We will initiate the refund or replacement process only if the products are received by us in their original packaging with their seals, labels and barcodes intact. We request our customers to understand that used products or products with broken seals are not saleable and to maintain a high service quality level, we cannot accept returns of such items even though we want to provide you a good experience, we have to look at the bigger picture. Note: If it is a case of replacement, it is subject to the availability of stock. In cases when a
replacement may not be available, we will refund you the full amount. Kindly refer to the next question for exclusions to refunds.

Returns will not be accepted under the following conditions:

 ·         Product is damaged due to misuse/overuse

·         Returned without original packaging including, price tags, labels, original packing, freebies and other accessories or if original packaging is damaged

·         Serial Number is tampered with.

·         Defective products that are not covered under Seller/Manufacturer’s warranty

·         Product is used or altered

·         If request is initiated after 5 business days of order delivery

·         Free product provided by brand

·         Fragrances for which the outer packing is opened.

Mode of Refund:

Once your return is received and inspected by our returns team (usually within 72 hours of receipt), your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take additional 5-30 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.

How will I receive my refund?
a) If the payment was by Credit Card or Net-Banking, we will refund the Credit Card or Net-Banking account(same mode of payment)
b) If the payment made was by Cash, we will send a cheque to the billing address or make Bank transfers/NEFT payments from our company bank account.

How long will the refund process take?
Typically the refunds are processed within 48 hours of receiving your items. The receipt of the refund would depend on the mode of payment chosen by you. The expected timelines are as below:

 

The following shall not be eligible for return or replacement:

1. Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the box,   manufacturer’s packaging if any, and all other items originally included with the product(s)
delivered.
2. Refund/ replacement for goods/ merchandise is subject to inspection and checking by desiresbay.com team

3. OPENED Tested and SPRAYED

If you don’t like the smell after using…Because these perfumes are Retail pack not meant for Testers… Kindly check the review of perfume on https://www.fragrantica.com according to your choice before ordering. If you don’t like the smell of perfume it is not our fault. There are thousands of perfumes and everyone has a different choice. So kindly order after testing it or after reading its review.
